Backpacking TV take the reins for this week’s travel video special, and remind us that Australia may be a modern, vibrant nation on the one hand, but it is also a country with a tiny population density and vast swathes of wilderness to both explore and admire. Presenter Eric Hanson starts his trip off in the main north Australian city of Darwin with some local food and entertainment. The next day sees him and his guide head into Kakadu National Park to learn about Aboriginal culture and survival techniques, before heading into the surrounding wetlands.
