For visitors planning to stay in Vegas for extended periods, be it for work, study or leisure, renting a short-term apartment while they’re here can be a popular choice, providing a ‘home away from home’ experience that can be more appealing than a traditional hotel. There are several companies that will help you find monthly or even weekly rental apartments in and around the city. To help you decide on the right one for your needs, we’ve done some research and selected three that we’d be happy to recommend.
Vrbo
Vrbo (Vacation Rentals By Owner) offer an extensive range of private holiday home rentals in Las Vegas. There are currently more than 300 Vegas homes on the website, ranging from cheap and cheerful one-beds for less than $30 per night to sprawling period-style properties for large groups. Using the website is far from overwhelming though, thanks to a wide range of filters allowing visitors to refine their search according to the number of bedrooms, guests and budget, as well as more specific benefits, like oceanfront views. Some properties also feature a ‘Virtual Tour’ tool. Similar to other peer-to-peer platforms, guests must leave a review after staying at the property for extra peace of mind. Users can search for “Premier Hosts”, hosts who have built up a solid reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences, too.
Hello Landing
Landing cater to those seeking apartment rentals for anything from a month up to a year. They offer fully furnished rental properties in cities across the US, containing everything from bed comforters to hand-picked wall art. Leases are flexible, with no long-term commitment needed, and one of their main USPs is that if you want to relocate after a while, you can move into another Landing apartment with just two weeks’ notice and no charges incurred. You can also do everything from finding your next home and contacting the member experience team to scheduling maintenance and house cleanings, all from a dedicated Landing app. In Vegas, Landing currently have 54 furnished properties available, with monthly rentals starting at around $1,857 for a one-bed apartment in the city’s Rancho Oakey district. It’s notable that Blueground have a better selection of studios than Landing. Furthermore, another difference is that you have to pay a $199 annual membership fee with Landing to make bookings.
Brownstone Apartments
For upscale apartment rentals, Brownstone Apartments could be for you. Located inside The Village of Centennial Springs, about 30 minutes from downtown Vegas, Brownstone offer a unique selection of tastefully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes. All of their properties are pet-friendly and boast desirable community and interior features like attractive granite countertops, modern wood look flooring, full-size washers and dryers, a resort-style swimming pool, and a 24-hour fully equipped fitness centre, just to name a few.
