Home to one of Germany’s biggest football clubs, Borussia Dortmund’s Westfalenstadion represents a major bucket-list check for stadium enthusiasts the world over.

Situated in the southern reaches of Dortmund, about 3.5 miles from the city centre, the stadium – currently known as Signal Iduna Park due to sponsorship rights – is famous for the raucous atmosphere generated by its passionate fans who form what is know as a “yellow wall” of noise. It’s the main reason, along with the team’s consistently strong showing on the field for many years now, why so many football tourists make it their ambition to attend a match here. We’ve picked out three of the best online resources for buying Borussia Dortmund tickets.

Ticketgum are currently our favourite choice for purchasing Borussia Dortmund tickets online. The ticket broker has excellent availability for all games at the Westfalenstadion for the ongoing season. We found tickets starting at €166 for a game against Mainz in mid-December. However, for more prestigious games, such as against Bayern Munich, prices will almost always be significantly higher.

Tickets can be issued electronically to be stored on your phone or printed, so you don’t need to worry about them getting lost in transit. Buyers should also be aware that you can expect to pay up to 30% of the total price in additional fees.
