From reds to whites to the region’s unique sparkling variation known as cava, there is an array of wines for every palate to discover in the northeastern Spanish region of Catalonia. As well as exporting bottles across the world, many of its wineries and vineyards also open their doors to the public who are invited to explore the faciliies, learn about the often generations-old traditions and try some of the home produce for themselves. Falset: Guided Wine Tour to the Priorat by a Local

The stunning landscape of the Priorat region is one of the jewels in the Catalunyan crown. This full-day guided tour from the village of Falset offers visitors the chance to discover the area and its ancient wine traditions that date back to the 12th century. After pick-up by car/minivan either at your Falset hotel or local train station, you’ll venture out into the region to discover its finest landmarks and places of interest.
