Blueground
Blueground provide fully-furnished apartments and studios with flexible leases for stays of 30 days or longer. Their listings include everything from studios to one and two-bed apartments. Stays of more than a month can lead to sizeable savings, as the longer your booking, the lower the nightly rate drops. During our search for Boston apartments, we found rates starting from $2,110 per month for a one-bedroom studio in the neighbourhood of Longwood in the city’s western suburbs. Overall, the company lists a significant choice of over 500 apartments in Boston, which can be found in and around some of the city’s most desirable districts. However, be aware that the rental price initially shown alongside listings doesn’t include utilities, insurance or other fees, which can add up to $800 a month or more. Booking is easy, and there’s also a 24-hour support service accessed via a dedicated guest app.
Landing
Landing are a members-only service that specialise in apartment rentals for anything from a month up to a year. Their fully-furnished properties are equipped with everything from bed comforters to colourful wall art. Leases are flexible, with no long-term tie-ins needed, and if you want to swap homes after a certain period you can move into another Landing apartment with no extra charges and just two weeks notice required. A dedicated Landing app lets you do everything from contacting the member experience team to arranging maintenance and house cleaning visits. In Boston, Landing currently have 23 furnished properties available, with monthly rentals starting at around $3,630 for a one-bed apartment in Boston’s western suburb of Brighton.
