Hertz are our top choice for car rentals at Cozumel Airport, primarily as a result of their extensive fleet of over 20 different car types. Among them are something to suit every preference and need, from small hatchbacks such as a Mitsubishi Mirage through to larger, more premium models like a Nissan Kicks or a Chevrolet Trax. For the former, prices start at around $287 per week. The Hertz offices at the airport can be found outside the terminal where they are open 24/7.

MÁS Rent a Car
If you’re happy to book through a regional provider, Mas come with a strong reputation for their car selection and customer service. At Cozumel Airport, they had several attractive deals available when we looked online, including a Nissan March on offer for just $73 per week. If you’d rather something larger and more high-end, there was also a 5-seater Hyundai Elanta available for $91 per week. Mex’s offices can be found directly in the airport terminal are open 8am to 8pm every day of the week.
