Hong Kong, the home of dim sum, has long been a popular spot for gastronomes. The most recent neighbourhood causing a foodie frenzy is Kennedy Town, on the west side of Hong Kong Island, where bistros offering delicious fusion cuisine are fomenting into something of a movement.
