It’s why we’re sharing with you some of the best laundry services you can use while you’re in Seattle, places that will pick up your laundry, treat it with care and drop it back off wherever you are. They’ll provide you the luxury of clean clothes without having to pad your travel budget or take precious time away from all you want to do and see while in Seattle.
Rinse
Rinse provides garment care instructions and a user-friendly app that allows you to schedule and track your laundry. Whether you prefer to schedule online, through their app or via text messages, Rinse pledges that each load is washed separately in its own machine, avoiding any mixing of garments. They’ll follow standard procedures unless you specify how you want something done, in which case they will do their best to accommodate requests. As for pricing, Rinse offers rates starting at $45 per bag, and each bag can accommodate two large laundry baskets worth of clothes. Rinse extends its services beyond traditional washing, also providing dry cleaning options.
Seattle Laundry Service
One customer calls Seattle Laundry Service their “laundry fairy” because the service is so convenient and returns clothes perfectly organized in zip-lock bags. They are Seattle’s longest-operating laundry service and handle all items following a “10-Point Quality Care System.” Pricing is $3.05 a pound with a minimum $50 charge. One customer pointed out that she was especially pleased because the rate is based on the weight of clean, dry clothes, not heavier dirty, wet ones. Available Mondays through Fridays, they guarantee a 48-hour turnaround. Their delivery services cover downtown, Capital Hill, University District, Wallingford, Fremont, West Seattle, Northeast Seattle, Queen Anne, Interbay and Ballard. They do not pickup or deliver to Eastside or outside of Seattle.
Residential Delivery Service
This new service has quickly made a hit with its customers, earning a 5-star rating on Yelp. Founded in 2020, they offer wash and fold, dry cleaning and repairs and alterations. Residential Delivery Service employs “spotters” who look for stains and apply organic chemistry knowledge to remove them. They’ve partnered with local hotels to provide next-day pickup and delivery service through front desks between Mondays and Fridays. There is a $25 minimum with per pound rates ranging from $2.65 to $2.95 per pound. While they are working at expanding their service area, they currently offer pickup and delivery in Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Arlington, South Marysville, Lake Stevens, Edmonds, Eastside and Snohomish with out-of-area services available for an extra fee.
